We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Business Developer at ABEI ENERGY to support a multidisciplinary team already formed with experience in solar and wind technologies.

💼About the Role:

As a Solar Business Developer, you will be responsible for preparing and managing auctions for solar energy projects in India. This role will involve coordination between various departments, including engineering, procurement, construction, technical office, and finance. Additionally, it will be essential to establish relationships and make contact with authorities and stakeholders in India for the successful development of the projects.

📝Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review bidding documents and technical and financial proposals.
• Participate in working groups with the EPC, technical office, and finance departments.
• Evaluate received proposals and perform comparative analyses to select the best offers.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the progress and results of the auctions.
• Develop and execute auction strategies for solar energy projects.
• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

🔑Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering (Chemical, Energy, Industrial) or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market and regulations in India.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project management.
• Knowledge of Google Earth, QGIS, or similar tools is a plus.
• English B2/C1 or higher.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication.
• Availability for occasional travelling international.
