Value Head & Product Manager

Are you our new Value Head & Product Manager?

The Value Head position reports directly to S&A Director and will support product managers in each of their products. Additionally, the Value head will act also as a product manager for some countries / initiatives, reporting dotted line to Head of Solutions

What will you do:

• Value impacts:
• Preparation and validation together with the corresponding managers of each country the business cases associated with the use cases proposed
• Translate impact on P&L into figures to size the value generated by each use case both individually and at an aggregate level.
• Developed together with Product Manager the optimal usage of the product (impact and business levers and strategy), and then monitor the agreed use case, including any 3rd party, external, market solution, cannibalizing S&A impact
• In case of deviations, alert and propose corrective actions
• Review budget forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis, raising any deviation (positive or negative). Work with Product manager to cover negative deviations
• Establish a business case methodology, easy to be understood by senior executives

• Product Management:
• Be the CEO of your product portfolio / pipeline, ensuring the implementation with high standards of quality, timing and maximizing financial impact – make things happen
• Identify the customer/client need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality
• Propose a product pipeline and roadmap with a clear benefit and competitive advantages by the understanding and knowing the process / market niche and pain points / opportunities
• Deliver revised Products plan (yearly milestones) achieving financial ambition of your product portfolio
• Develop deep knowledge on Data Products, NPL, Real Estate, Risks and other solutions that you are working on
• Engage with all product stakeholders
• Developed together with Value Head the optimal usage of the product (impact and business levers and strategy), and then monitor the agreed use case
• Maximize return on investment through hands-on contribution
• Spread best practices to teams

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in English is a must - serving operations in 24 countries across Europe
• Previous experience: preferably in strategic consulting, developing financial assessments, estimations and projections (forecast) based on hypothesis, working with PowerPoint and Excel, and demonstrating business sense
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills (knows how to structure and breakdown ambiguous problems into executable steps). Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work and report multi-functionally, cross-culturally in an international environment, and independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including high level of comfort with public speaking and excellent presentation skills
