Download the full repository to a folder of your choice, then edit event.csv to add names and organizations that should appear on the name tags. If needed, replace logo.png with another logo. Use a LaTeX distribution of your choice to compile one of the two inlcuded .tex files to PDF:
tags_name_only.texto only add the name to the name tagstags_with_org.texto inlcude the organization field on the name tags
Print the PDF to A4 and use a hand-operated shearing tool of your choice to cut the name tags out of the sheet :-)
