基于HLS协议的测流工具，可以对指定的音视频流判断运行是否正常，是否存在片无法拉取的情况，是否存在延时、断流等等的情况。
1：从指定地址根据HLS协议定时拉去相关文件（m3u8和ts）。
2：拉去m3u8、ts文件丢失或者异常，将产生报警。
3：自动对m3u8文件内容进行检测，发现异常则产生报警。
