To identify uncertain erros, we must add debug log in each major step to locate where do the error happen.

fix: Add debug logger

Closes DLTcollab#523, closes DLTcollab#502.
Checked out the files and added some debug/error logger for each major step.
The content of loggers has been also changed to `ta_error_to_string`.
