默认保留每种package最新的3个版本
使用方法 下载Release里的 ClearUnityPackageCache.exe 双击使用
--keep number 保留最新的多少个版本
--skip 1 跳过统计Cache大小
由于windows最大路径限制为260个字符 如果遇到文件夹无法访问则必须使用 --skip 1 跳过统计Cache大小
