The JavaScript code is enclosed within <script> tags, which is how JavaScript is embedded in HTML.
new Date() is a JavaScript method that creates a new Date object with the current date and time.
.getFullYear() is a method that gets the year (four digits for four-digit years) of the specified date according to local time.
document.write() is a JavaScript method used to write a string of text to a document stream opened by document.open().
In this case, document.write(new Date().getFullYear()) is used to write the current year into the HTML document where the script tag is located.
