Regarding #88

  • Added a script to resources/tools that allows creating Anki decks
  • Added the created decks to resources/tools/decks
  • Added info about the script & decks to the tools readme file, and the main readme file of the repo.

I've put everything where it made the most sense to me, but feel free to edit the Readme-s and move stuff around :)
