Android things weather station for my home.

• Documentation (DIY instructions)
• Clean-up and init procedure for Android things (Wi-Fi setup with WorkManager, e.g.)
• Replace RxJava with ktx-coroutines (also use it for Sensor data)
• Replace Gson with moshi
