0. Check settings in ./config.py
1. Put your protein-group configuration into ./raw folder (configuration example already in ./raw)
2. To get help type "python hwp.py -h"
3. To run script type "python hwp.py -f raw/list_ntermini.txt"
4. Result img will save in ./output folder
