Changes
Every release with a major Lighthouse bump is a major release in this project. This release doesn't introduce breaking changes per se... with the exception of requiring Node 14 or higher.
- Bumps Lighthouse from version 8 to version 9
- Converts this project to TypeScript and effectively exports types
- Enforces Node >=14.15
