Link to /tutorials is causing a slow h5r and /why no longer exists. #5

/tutorials on h5r is a legacy endpoint and is considerably slower than /tutorials?page=1

Because it takes 3 seconds to generate the page, each hit adds a large burden on app engine as we are blocking other requests from occuring.
