FastWorkOrderMover

BattleTech mod to make it easier to send work orders to the top or bottom

Shift+click up arrow - take mech work order to the top
Shift+click down arrow - take mech work order to the bottom
Ctrl+click up arrow - order all work orders by time remaining with most time remaining at top
Ctrl+click down arrow - order all work orders by time remaining with least time remaining at top
