To get this project up and running locally on your computer follow the following steps.

1. Set up a python virtual environment
2. Clone the git repo git clone https://github.com/kailas711/ZoneGuard.git
3. Run the following commands

$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ python manage.py migrate
$ python manage.py createsuperuser
$ python manage.py runserver

3. Open a browser and go to http://localhost:8000/ ( can be different for you )

4. Download and install IP Webcam APP in your mobile phone to run IP streaming from your mobile.
