Java application to cut video to GIF - VTF.

Application have a simple UI to upload media file (only allowed .mp4 extension), UI will showed the file name, size, extension.

User must type in the output file name before attempt to convert and cut it into GIF

User can choose the duration to cut from sliders "start" "end"

Output GIF file will be stored in src/main/resources/output
