At first I thought that since there's a beta for Safari 18, Safari 17.6 would simply roll into 18. But I now see that there are still beta updates available for macOS Sonoma, so undoing the removal and marking as beta instead. |

This PR sets Safari 17.6 to beta. This was added by the auto updater script for browser data and marked as the current browser, but it has never been released and the release notes mark it as a beta version.
