我的理解是：这里的全局指的是VS的MSBuild工程的全局集成. 运行命令 ./vcpkg integrate install后，可以全局include库头文件.（不应该删掉VS）

I think: the global here refers to the global integration of the MSBuild project of VS. After running the command ./vcpkg integrate install, you can include the library header file globally. (VS should not be deleted)
