This pull request brings the style guide up to date with the latest information (and formatting).
Over the past two years since the guide was updated, significant changes have occurred in the documentation process. For instance, additional languages have been incorporated into Node.js's remark extension, and line lengths have been extended from 80 to 120 characters.
In addition to updating the content, this pull request reorganizes the guide into sections for better readability, replacing the previous list format.
