Hi there, my name is Robert Hammock 👋

I am a Full-Stack Developer from Charlotte, NC and I love to use Raspberry Pi and Arduino to solve problems.

  • Currently working as a Software Developer with GoTab Inc.
  • Recently used an ESP32 to run a web server that controls a continuum arm.
  • Currently reading For Whom the Bell Tolls and Node.JS Design Patterns

My current side projects include:

  • Building a personal budgeting app that leverages Teller.io and Plaid to get my transaction history
  • Building a recipe book app in Java that will run on a Lenovo tablet in my kitchen
  • Building an alarm clock with an ESP32 and a few extra modules.
  • Setting up a local computer as a home server to keep a reverse shell connection alive with AWS ec2

My goals for 2024:

  • Become proficient with C
  • Complete the 3 current side projects listed above
  • Learn more about Assembly, how machines read programs/memory, systems programming
