Dean of IE University, Economics & Global Affairs), provided valuable insights into navigating global changes amidst a geopolitical recession. Following that, Simon Durkin, Global Head of Real Estate Research and Strategy for Equity Private Markets at BlackRock, shared his perspectives on the macroeconomic landscape and its impact on the global real estate sector. The ‘Real Estate Capital Markets’ panel, also moderated by Simon, esteemed speakers including Vanessa Gelado (Senior Managing Director and Country Head of Hines operations in Spain), Javier Arús (Senior Partner of Azora), Miguel Pereda (Vice Chairman of Lar España and Executive Chairman of Grupo Lar España), and Javier Solís (Managing Director and Head of EMEA - Real Estate AM of Goldman Sachs).
