We are looking for the new Managing Director/CEO of the Italian Branch of an international manufacturing Group. They will lead the team in a collaborative way and develop the business. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
SALES
- Oversee the whole Sales, Marketing and the Technical Support departments in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plan
- Develop and implement sales strategies, maximizing sales opportunities and opening up new sales channels
- Visit clients to provide the solutions to meet their need
ORGANIZATION
- Lead, direct, motivate and evaluate the team
- Be the point of contact between the headquarter and the Italian branch and carry out the company’s strategies
- Implement new processes/procedures and special group-wide projects in the Italian branch.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
10+ years' experience as a CEO, Managing director, or other Managerial position within technical or engineering contexts, ideally in medium-size companies.
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Fluent English and Italian
