Our client is one of the leading global groups operating in the engineering industry. The Group is present on all five continents, with numerous production or commercial branches abroad. Multinational company, structured, with headquarters in the North-eastern province of Milan.


Il tuo nuovo ruolo

In coordination with the Holding HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will be involved in the following activities:

Recruiting: responsible for all aspects/phases of the recruiting process (hire retiring): JDs definition, interviews, job offers, etc. Develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage the vacancies in the Internal Job Market.

Training: identify/collect information about training needs in accordance with both group and local programs and ensure the deployment of the most appropriate training activities.

Support the business managers in all People Development processes/initiatives

Define and implement an Employer Branding strategy at country level

Support the Holding HRM to implement HR policies and best practices driving consistency and considering business needs.

Support the Holding HRM in managing the labor and organizational issues

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR related topics.

Actively promote diversity & inclusion in all aspects of our operations and strive to improve the diversity of our teams and leadership positions.

Talent Acquisition :

• Organize and manage internal and external recruiting processes, in close collaboration with recruiting agencies ;

• Support managers during the recruiting process in order to optimize internal organization ;

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees ;

• Supervise and manage needs related to temporary headcount, in close collaboration with the Line's managers.

• Work closely with the Training & Development function to implement training initiatives.


Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

- Fluency in the English language is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of labor legislation

- Good knowledge of development tools (360 feedback, individual assessment, etc,)

- Computer literacy in the MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Strong communications and influencing skills

- Have a good cross-cultural awareness

- Enthusiasm, team player, self-motivated and well organized

- Eager to learn and improve continuously

- Very good stress management

- Ability to work in a changed environment

In coordination with the HR Manager and the GMs of the different operational units, the HR Business Partner will be involved and manage all HR processes:

Recruitment, training and development, organizational development.

At country level, he/she will elaborate an Employer Branding strategy in alignment with global group goals and local business needs and he/she will secure a good working environment by facilitating transparent communication, promoting company Culture, and taking care of employee relations.
