Context:

Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP has the task to align the HR strategies with the business needs, ensuring the respect of company policies and labour laws.

He/She will be the reference point for all HR matters linked to the referring area, being the first contact for employees. He/she will act as advisor for managers in the whole people management process, in line with the Group strategies.

The HRBP will cover a crucial role in managing unions relations to link the strategic goals of the Group to the employees needs.


Responsibilities:

●He/she will partner with business in defining the operational plans, enriching them with HR initiatives that have development, people management and exploitation of talents as goals, promoting inclusivity;

●He/She will relate with different company departments and manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders based on the different needs, managing and supervising the whole employee-centered process from onboarding to off boarding (recruitment, salary policies, legal matters, etc);

●He/she will be in charge of unions relations, collaborating with the directors of the designated competence area, accordion to the Group policies and guidelines;

●He/She will ensure the right information at all levels about rules that govern and regulate the employee-company relationship.

●He/She will analyse vacant positions and personnel needs with the different responsible managers and support the HR Org & People Development team in managing the forecast and budget process;

●He/she will consequently manage hiring, contract and onboarding processes, acting as first touchpoint for candidates, and then employees;

●He/She will collaborate with the HR Org & People Development team in the realisation of organisational analysis and consequential implementation of organisational changes.

●He/she will identify training needs and help defining the annual training plan, partnering with the Training department;

●He/she will collaborate in the implementation of career development and salary policies (MBO, performance evaluation, compensation);

●He/she will implement Employer Branding strategies, actively participating to initiatives related to his/her referring area.


Qualifications:

●Degree in Law, economics or humanities;

● HR specialisation is a plus;

● 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with consistent knowledge of HR subjects;

●Good knowledge of Italian labour laws and unions relations negotiation techniques;

●Excellent knowledge of English language and Office package;

●Motivated by values such as passion, reactivity, and curiosity. The profile should be completed by autonomy, analytical knowledge, teamwork, good communication and negotiation, good stress management and excellent planning and organisation skills.
