Are you ready for a new challenge in our Human Resources team?:

As HR EMEA Intern, you'll be supporting day-to-day activities related to EMEA HR Business Partnering.

What can you learn with us?:

• Supporting store recruiting processes;
• Workday hiring process and general support;
• Reporting and Data analysis, including EMEA commission calculation;
• Managing researches and analysis to ensure coherence among data supporting the HR team on special projects;
• Preparing presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field;
• Additional HR training or experience is a plus;
• English and Italian fluent;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;
• Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;
• Able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication;
• Data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision;
• Excellent organization of time, resources and activities, respect of deadlines.
