Human Resources Business Partner

For our international Client, we are looking for a HRBP.

Reporting directly to HR Director and managing a team, will have the following responsibility:

• Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business and HR Director;
• Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic, in close cooperation with HR Director and IR Manager;
• Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs;
• Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;
• Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team;
• Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;
• Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees;
• Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;
• Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions

What we need from you:

• At least 10 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries.
• Bachelors degree in Humanistic, Legal and/or Economic
• Strong experience within Industrial Relations
• Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
• Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization
• Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
• Languages: Italian (native) English (fluent)
