Role Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers to build their people management skills, giving support in talent development/management and assisting in creating the best strategies (involving people matter) to achieve business objectives and enhance teams' performances. Ultimately, you will make sure HR policies and procedures fit the organization’s needs and goals, ensuring that HR strategy fits into the overall business strategy.

Your Mission

  • Business acumen development. Deep dive into business activities to develop business acumen and provide strategic guidance for organizational success.
  • People matters consultation. Regularly consult management on people matters such as workforce planning, succession planning, and team restructuring.
  • Performance management guidance. Provide guidance to managers on day-to-day performance management, including support for performance reviews, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Policy development and implementation. Collaborate with the HR/People team to develop and implement procedures, policies, and solutions related to people matters.
  • Trend analysis and metrics review. Analyze internal and external trends and metrics to ensure the company remains at the forefront of working conditions.
  • Training program facilitation. Assist managers in identifying and implementing successful training programs, including establishing and monitoring training objectives.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Multi-country HR-field proficiency. You bring 5-8 years of experience in the HR field within multi-country environments, demonstrating mastery in navigating diverse regulatory frameworks.
  • Scale-up and fast-growing business acumen. You have previous experience in businesses undergoing scale-up or intensive hiring phases, showcasing adaptability to rapid growth.
  • Proactive approach and analytical skills. You have a Start Before You Need mentality, combined with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in dynamic growth environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making mastery. You’re an expert in utilizing data for resource forecasting, capacity planning, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Labor legislation expertise. You have a thorough understanding of labor legislation, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks across all HR functions.
  • Comprehensive HR function knowledge. You bring full comprehension of HR functions and best practices, facilitating effective HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Business acumen and operational familiarity. You’re familiar with P&L management, business practices, and operations, enhancing HR alignment with organizational goals.
  • Motivation, goal-orientation, and target-driven approach. You’re highly motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven, striving for excellence in achieving organizational objectives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills. You’re a creative and lateral thinker with a knack for finding innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Resilience and flexibility. You are resilient and flexible, capable of navigating and driving change even in challenging circumstances.
