Context and Purpose of the job 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Website Analytics Intern who will support the tutor in the creation, monitor and analysis of reports on Website related topics, within the Digital Business Department.

Activities 

  • Creation of Weekly and Monthly reporting on Ecommerce Website performance
  • Creation of ad hoc analysis on Web Analytics related topics (traffic sources and countries, check out analysis, behavioural analysis, feature usage and optimization, …)
  • Strong focus on adv marketing reporting and channel mix performance
  • Competition monitoring and benchmark analysis
  • Quality check of the data present in the new Analytics Platform (GA4)
  • Create Dashboard with Datastudio to share with stakeholders
  • Monitor of the Website performance in order to notice potential improvements/alerts on specific KPIs
  • Check on data and bug fixing, collaborating with stakeholders
  • Support the team in the relationship with agencies

 

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements 

  • University degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Interest in digital area and data analysis
  • Good knowledge and use of Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Collaborative, detail oriented, problem-solver and proactive person
  • Google Analytics 4/360 basic knowledge will be consider a plus
  • Power BI/Datastudio knowledge will be considered a plus.
