The follow-up training, conducted jointly by participants from the Overseas Arrival Course (C Course) and A2 Course, during the midpoint of internships in various locations, has been successfully carried out‼️ The session included reflections on past activities, sharing of knowledge from individual experiences, discussions on improvement ideas for the second half, and participant networking. The training took place at three locations: Osaka, Tokyo, and Sendai. While enjoying the reunion with long-time colleagues, the training sessions were filled with enthusiasm in each location. Introducing the activities of the C Course (Study-in-Japan Program for Residents Abroad)! Pin-san, joining from Thailand. The hosting company is the [Yamayo Co., Ltd.], located in Fukui Prefecture. https://lnkd.in/gWRvV6ic This company operates in the food and beverage industry, managing sushi restaurants and similar establishments that capitalize on local specialties. For this internship, this company explored initiatives targeting inbound strategies and the potential for hiring foreign nationals. The hosting company is the [Nishimura Construction Co., Ltd.], located in Fukui Prefecture. https://lnkd.in/gv55nazt This company is involved in a wide range of projects, from civil engineering such as tunnels, roads, dams, and bridges to architectural construction. Today, we would like to introduce the in-person A Course internship 😊 This course is designed for foreign exchange students already residing in Japan. Over approximately two months, a total of 14 interns from Afghanistan, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines participated in internships at various Japanese companies nationwide. Each intern engaged in activities such as working for construction companies, program development and research at IT companies, and SNS promotion. To all the interns who participated, a big thank you once again‼️ In the next post, we plan to provide more details about the upcoming course for those visiting Japan. Here is an introduction to the interns who participated in the Online Course B conducted this summer. Over the course of approximately two months, interns from various countries successfully completed their activities with Japanese companies through online collaboration. A total of 12 interns from Vietnam, India, Thailand, and Indonesia took part in the program. Each intern engaged in activities such as program development in IT companies, research projects, and SNS promotion for an F&B company's e-commerce site. A big thank you to all the interns for their hard work! Let us present the activities of A Course, tailored for international students residing outside Japan, that occurred this summer! The participating interns is Putri-san, a Malaysian residing in the Kanto region in Japan. The host company was 【MIKASA CO., LTD】,https://lnkd.in/gh2aT2E3 which is engaged in apparel manufacturing and sales. This company has been strengthening its overseas expansion in recent years, with an increasing number of export projects. *They are based in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, and aim to further expand in the international market. The purpose of this program was to participate in this project with the aim of broadening the perspectives of employees through interaction with foreign talent with diverse viewpoints. The results of this program include ideas in product and package development, streamlining and reducing the burden of overseas operations, and enhancing diversity within the organization. <Internship responsibilities included> ・Managing SNS English accounts ・Creating English packages and brochures ・Conducting market research for international markets ・Preparing English presentation materials ・Negotiating and corresponding with overseas clients ・Providing in-house English conversation lessons Putri-san, congratulations on your two-month internship!
