You are the face of the organization! You assist customers by answering their questions or directing them to the appropriate individuals. You do this by maintaining a professional demeanor and providing customers with personal attention. This ensures a good relationship with every customer! You are also responsible for a large part of the logistical administration. You don't need to know everything right away, everything will be taught to you!
Your Tasks Include

What We Offer

- Experience = preferred, but not required!
You Offer Customers a Listening Ear And Enthusiastically Assist Everyone! You Are Patient And Approach Problem-solving Proactively. You Actively Engage With The Customer And Assist Them Where Necessary. And Furthermore
- Do you speak English or Dutch fluently;
- Do you have absolutely no reservations;
- Do you enjoy working day shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
- Are you okay with being on call 4 or 5 times a year.

- 40% customer service / 60% administration;
- Providing optimal service to customers;
- Maintaining customer contact via phone or email;
- Providing information about orders, deliveries, products, and other uncertainties;
- Following up on complaints;
- Booking orders.
