Customer Service Representative France (fulltime)

Do you want to work for an international company where you will be the first point of contact for our French customers and where no single day will be the same? Do you enjoy providing sales support and working in a dynamic environment? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our Customer Service team in Amsterdam. In this role you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming / outgoing calls and answer e-mails
• Process orders in SAP
• Support the sales representatives
• Follow up and monitor orders and deliveries
• Pro-actively inform and/or approach customers about product, price, delivery times etc.
• Handle financial requests and work closely with the financial department
• Come up with solutions for complex issues and possible complaints

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience with CRM, preferably with SAP
• Experience with MS Office
• Enthusiastic, a commercial mindset and a team player
• Service oriented, a problem solver and excellent communication skills
• Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure
