For our Pay department (Online Payments) we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide day-to-day support to our clients.

CM.com offers innovative omnichannel payment solutions to clients all over the globe. We offer both online and in person payments solutions that accept payments in every currency, language and country and on different types of mobile devices, point of sale and self-service terminals.

What You Will Do

As Customer Service Representative, you will make sure our clients get the best possible payment solution performance. You will administratively onboard new clients, deal with orders and provide 1st line support on a daily basis. You will, amongst others:

In addition to this, you are mainly concerned with:

  • Support a portfolio of customers across a range of different branches;
  • Be in daily contact with customers and register, prioritize, delegate and solve (technical) issues)
  • Proactively share customer feedback for further development of the platform;
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints/issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Daily helicopter view to see which onboarding needs attention or actions;
  • Document all client information thoroughly in the CRM system

Requirements:
