We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who genuinely enjoys working with people, has great interpersonal skills, exude social energy and find real joy in being helpful.


What you will be doing

  • Provide customers information about our products or services, enter, or cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Identify and prioritize problems and issues related to service area
  • Maintain close contact with customers to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request
  • Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
  • Process applications, release cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices, and other related paperwork
  • Keep records and create order documentation of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Stay in touch with our shipping companies for any issues regarding parcels
  • Logistics administration (coordinating deliveries, tracking inventory, and managing shipping documentation)
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, order when needed


What you will bring:

  • Working experience in customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English is an absolute must
  • Ability to assess situations requiring management referral
  • Buckets of confidence using digital tools
  • Well-organised and eye for detail
  • No fear of startup environment! You’ll find excitement in working in a growing and rapidly changing environment
