We are a HFT Algo Prop Shop trading Financial Derivatives, Equities and Crypto.

Are you a highly skilled and innovative quantitative trader with a proven track record of developing and implementing your own successful trading strategies? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our trading team.

Join us in our Amsterdam office as a Senior Quantitative Trader, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in charting new research territories and guiding our team forward. This full-time position calls for seasoned leadership and managerial skills.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing profitable trading strategies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within high-frequency trading (HFT) companies
• Profound proficiency in utilizing machine learning (ML) models for HFT strategies
• Hands-on experience with ML pipelines tailored for various exchanges, either individually or collectively
• Proven track record in developing sophisticated statistical arbitrage strategies to capitalize on price differentials across multiple instruments
• Eagerness to delve deeper into high-frequency trading intricacies and implement strategies across multiple exchanges
• Ability to oversee the entire pipeline process: from data sampling and feature creation to strategy deployment in production environments
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
• Self-assured, resilient, highly motivated, and proactive demeanor
• Capacity to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and a willingness to continuously learn
