Role-play training is a great way to put learning into practice, but it has its drawbacks. 🕙 Firstly, it can take a lot of time to repeat role-play scenarios to a point where learners feel confident. 🫣 And secondly, a lot of people find role-play totally cringe, which can be a huge barrier to learning.
