Static Systems Are Outdated for Customer-Centric Businesses
Customer-centricity drives growth. Taking banking as an example: 80% of consumers would switch banks due to poor digital service.
Static systems fall short, missing what customers truly need.
AI SHOULD transform user journeys.
But chatbots and automated systems have faced challenges, and inaccuracies will not be tolerated.
Shifting from static systems to AI-driven experiences allows large customer-centric businesses to mirror human thought and interaction.
Flexible, adaptive user journeys are essential to deliver the desired experience at every touchpoint.
At Boltzbit, we provide AI solutions for seamless, personalised customer experiences from domain-specific models.

Tech giants like Google, Meta, and OpenAI are running out of public data for AI training.
As a result, deals are being made with Reddit and media partners to 'feed the need'. However, these sources can be inconsistent and biased, presenting a significant challenge for monitoring misinformation.
For businesses, the broad scope of information used to train LLMs is not what they need. They require depth, not breadth.
Given this, we believe a wave of companies will shift from using larger, generalised models to smaller, bespoke models trained on private data. This scarcity of new public data might actually be beneficial, as it pushes enterprises to refocus their business objectives...
How can we help at Boltzbit? We specialise in creating customised AI models tailored to your specific business needs.
By leveraging your private data, we ensure our models provide precise, secure, and highly relevant insights.
This not only enhances your decision-making processes and overall productivity but also ensures you have complete trust and control over your AI tools.

A study conducted from the Human-Centered AI Institute on Legal AI copilots including ones from LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters, and OpenAI's GPT-4, found that trust in AI models is still a blocker to operational implementation.
👉 AI copilots can reduce hallucination rates, GPT-4 had a hallucination rate of 43%, while the top-performing legal copilot had a rate of 33%.
👉 Senior lawyers appreciate the value of AI copilots in helping them brainstorm legal arguments and analyse large contract databases.
👉 Legal tech firms and academic institutions are developing benchmarking for legal copilots.
This is where Boltzbit comes in.
👉 Private models with an accuracy rate of 99% in certain use cases.
👉 Unique architecture with custom benchmarking
👉 Human testing as a core product feature - easy verification of answers.

The Financial Times recently shed light on the growing need for increased transparency in AI systems. Their article, "AI should not be a black box," raises some thought-provoking points:
📍 Early AI researchers used to share training data, facilitating collaboration and the identification of flaws. Today, tech companies have shifted their approach and now withhold insights into their training data, citing concerns over intellectual property infringement. (This shift has sparked controversy, particularly within the arts industries, where many individuals have attempted to sue, claiming that AI models have utilised their proprietary works without permission.)
📍 The lack of transparency in AI models is a growing concern. The design of a model determines how it interprets inputs and generates language. AI companies view their model's architecture as their unique advantage, keeping it undisclosed to maintain their competitive edge. This lack of transparency poses challenges in evaluating the outputs, limitations, and biases of AI models, making it hard to assess their reliability and fairness.
📍 According to a Stanford University index, even AI leaders like Google, Amazon, Meta, and OpenAI fall short in transparency needed for responsible AI development: https://lnkd.in/ea7KF28
At Boltzbit, we take a different approach:
🤝 Our users have their own models, trained on their private data. This ensures data privacy and control over the learning process.
🤝 Our user-friendly verification tool enables continuous improvement and ensures our models' accuracy.
🤝 We provide precise sourcing for AI-generated answers, offering word-by-word references rather than just links.
