ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 🤭 3 and a half years ago I started working for a podcast with 5000 subscribers that sat around number 50 on the UK charts. And for the past 3 and a half years I’ve had the enormous pleasure of building, learning and disrupting with the most phenomenal people I’ve ever met. Together we’ve reached more people than I can comprehend across numerous channels all over the world and sit in the top 3 podcasts globally. But we’ve also built product, brand and IP. So when Georgie Holt & Christiana Brenton joined us to create Flight Studio and asked at the start of the year how I felt about doing it all over again, from scratch, with incredible thought leaders disrupting their respective industries, I said… I couldn’t be more excited 🤝 So it’s a surreal and incredible moment for me to be able to finally share that I’ll be leading on all things Brand and Marketing for Flight Studio - of course still building The Diary Of A CEO but also working with Paul, Kristen, Davina, Africa & Dr Tara Swart Bieber (& more to be announced 🤐) to create globally renowned podcasts, brands, events, products, communities on and offline & distributing them as far as the eye can see. We’re going from 1 show to a media & entertainment company (so please bear with if I’m a little slow replying to messages right now 😅) and I could not be more excited to be on this journey with this incredible team. After two and a half years being a part of Team Steven Bartlett and The Diary Of A CEO, I’m incredibly excited to say we’re now going to be part of Flight Studio and I’ve had the privilege of being promoted to Head of Failure and Experimentation to lead experimentation within Flight Studio. Being surrounded by a group of people who have the same passion and drive as you, really feels like home. For this team it’s not doing the bare minimum, it’s about how can we be the best in the world at what we do and change lives. The past two and a half years has gone by in the blink of an eye and I am insanely excited for this adventure with Flight Studio led by Georgie Holt and Christiana Brenton where we will not only be home to Steven Bartlett’s, The Diary Of A CEO but will also be creating magic with talent who are the best in their fields like Paul Carrick Brunson, Dr Tara Swart Bieber, Africa Brooke, Kristen Holmes and Davina McCall. Watch out, because this is just the beginning 🚀

As you may know, an opportunity that changed my life was from a podcast I created, which initially had only 11 or 12 viewers! None other than Oprah Winfrey reached out with the opportunity to lead a new show she was creating and we co-hosted it a year later. I can’t wait to share this journey with you!
