Talk To a Peer is one of the main service offerings from OdiliaClark. Supporting staff in safety critical industries through difficult times. One of the main underpinnings of TTAP is that, if you so wish, you can choose to talk to a peer in a similar role, someone who understands your world but is not part of your organisation. This allows us to maintain one of the key components of TTAP… anonymity and confidentiality for our supported people. Please go take a look.

MedAire and OdiliaClark have teamed up to bring peer support to the global aviation industry. A mandated requirement in Europe peer support is a programme designed to give those working in the industry a route to finding a little extra help when it’s needed. The Talk To A Peer programme run by OdiliaClark supports employees in an organisation by pairing them with peers external to their own organisation. This allows a truly anonymized programme fostering a culture of openness and help seeking. With our extensive range of peers across a range of job specific functions there is always someone to talk to.
