I got a lot of training and support which allowed me to progress quickly. Within my first year I had started building my own desk and was billing with Clients I had brought on and now have a great relationship with. After a successful year I got the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the team and was coaching two of the graduates on my team. In my second year I got promoted to Senior Consultant, and I’m now looking forward to growing and developing the Python team!”
