    Join us on 11 July for an AI licensing consultation briefing... Publishers' Licensing Services (PLS) is soon to begin the first phase of a publisher consultation on two opt-in collective licensing proposals covering generative AI. The proposals, developed by the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) in close collaboration with PLS and other CLA members, cover the following: - Generative AI Workplace License: A license that would permit organisations to make copies and upload them to third-party AI tools within their workplace. - Generative AI Training License: A license that would be available to any organisation that wishes to use copyrighted works to train a generative AI model.
