After showing the outside of the mobile kitchen and the fantastic partnership which enabled this ground-breaking #personalisednutrition solution, it is time for a glimpse inside! In the dimensions of a sea container, a fully automated personalised nutrition production line has been created combining #3dfoodprinting technology with precision dosing and automated baking, all powered by state-of-the-art software. In this production line a personal nutritional advice (taking into account various personal data such as age, body composition, nutritional intake and health related aspects as well as main purpose such as physical recovery, endurance, mental performance) is translated into a food item. This food item based on a personal nutritional advice and personal preferences, is ready to be eaten immediately and is called a Nutri-Bite! This set-up provides a glimpse of the future of food production and demonstrates how various production methods can be combined to something truly innovative and helping to optimise the food system.
