From the outset Dave stood out as an ideal student - articulate, interested, attentive, questioning and keen to learn and apply that learning back in the workplace. Dave always worked really well with his colleagues and was a key driver of the final group project that was presented extremely professionally to the board of directors in a Dragon's Den style setup. Not surprisingly Dave passed the Diploma in Management with flying colours. More recently I have encountered Dave supporting one of his own team now embarking upon that same Diploma.
