Feedback poll #1: Last year, we had a single goal of 144 for all. This year, each of us chose our own targets and had our own "lounges" depending on our goal. Would you like to continue making your own reading goal for next year? (Any suggestion, please provide in comments)

I like to create my own target from one of the following buckets (50, 100, 150, ..).

  55 votes, 91.7%

I would love everyone to have the same reading goal.

Feedback poll #3: We had a week-long readathon every three months this year (a total of 4 in 2011). For next year, would you like to continue with that schedule, or would you like to see them more frequent at once every two months? (Any suggestion, please provide in comments)

I would love to see readathons more often. Once in two months sounds grand.

  29 votes, 67.4%

I think once every 3 months is a good pace.

Feedback poll #2: Last year, we had a single thread where each of us talked about our reading progress. This year, we had progress threads in our respective "lounges". Since I've noticed lesser chit-chat this year (probably because of splitting the threads), I've been thinking it would be better to have a single thread where everyone can come together and talk. Do you think you would like that too? (Any suggestion, please provide in comments)

Yes, let's all hang out in the same place please.

  38 votes, 84.4%

No, I would rather stick with those reading towards the same goal as me.

What do you think about the plans for the readathon for next year? (Refer to this thread for more info.)

I prefer to have it four times a year. The week-long readathon will be ideal for more people to participate.

  51 votes, 81.0%

I prefer to have it four times a year. But let's stick to 24 hours, shall we?

  9 votes, 14.3%

I think we should continue with the current format - 24 hour, once-a-month readathons.

I think it should be scrapped.

How would you like to see this group next year? (Refer to this thread for more info.)

I like the flexible target. Let everyone have the option to choose their target from 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250.

  78 votes, 65.5%

I like the flexible target but I don't want the options to be restricted to 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250. Instead, let the target be any number that the reader wishes.

  20 votes, 16.8%

Keep it as it is - I like it when all of us reads towards the same target of 144.
