But if you have a a feeling that you could’ve done something better, sit with it for a while and learn from it. The discomfort is where you will grow. - don’t try to be a perfectionist. Aim for the ideal and you’ll do great. Aim from great and you’ll be ok and so forth. - be patient.

I think that when you are working with peers that have very similar skills and experiences, even then hearing out what they have dealt with and what they have done to enhance their skills and techniques, gives you an understanding of not only the talent you're working with, but maybe an understanding of where that talent is best suited to be able to achieve overall success, and challenge personal growth. In my line of work we oftentimes establish a new client with our sales team and our account manager team, but at the support level we find that it's important to check in with our new clients and make sure that when we made all of the initial changes and established our initial presence with them, that everything was working right and they felt that they were well taken care of.
