A critical part of creating hope for living well is supporting mental health and wellness opportunities for our 1440 Multiversity employees, guests and community members. In recognition of World Mental Health Day, we are so proud to share just a few of the resources we provide for individuals to Live Well, including employee family wellness benefits like Ginger, Headspace and campus wellness days; philanthropic advocacy workshops for first responders, educators, and nonprofit teams; and the flagship Healing Our Healthcare Heroes program that addresses the stress and anxiety of everyday work so these individuals can begin to heal and thrive. This immersive program is designed to evolve and grow the emotional intelligence required for you to thrive as an effective authentic leader in the business world, and participants will discover why the typical “work-life balance” mindset is a thing of the past while instead learning to live one integrated life filled with purpose that is true to your core values. As an Operational Manager in this salaried experience, you will learn new transformational life skills; help innovate, deliver and co-create memorable and educational guest experiences; and develop a hands-on approach to leadership. You will also find new ways to cultivate a positive and caring work environment with holistic health and wellbeing for your team members and yourself.
