We are excited to share a significant milestone in our efforts to advance #healthequity for Black women in Hamilton County. This week, we are finalizing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Community Health Workers (CHWs). These SOPs are designed to standardize and optimize the delivery of health services across various settings, ensuring consistency and quality of care. Our commitment to policy and systems change is at the heart of this initiative. By developing comprehensive SOPs, we aim to create sustainable improvements in healthcare access and outcomes for Black women. Under the guidance of our dedicated team, including the invaluable insights from our award-winning Program Manager and Community Health Worker, Tiffany George, the SOPs will serve as a robust framework for CHWs working in hospitals, public schools, court systems, and other non-traditional settings. 🎯 #GOALS #CHWIntegration: Ensure Community Health Workers (CHWs) are integrated into both traditional and non-traditional settings. #SOPDevelopment: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CHWs in hospital settings. 📈 #PROGRESS The SOPs are in the final stages of development, with input from healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to ensure they meet the highest standards. Once finalized, we will begin training our CHWs, with the goal of full implementation within the next quarter. 📣 #STAYINFORMED Support our mission by staying informed about our health initiatives and the critical role of CHWs in advancing health equity for #Blackwomen in Hamilton County. - #allincincinnati #policyagenda #policychange #systemchange #CHW #communityhealthworkers #SOP #standardoperatingprocedures #nontraditionalsettings

We are immensely proud to share that Rameka Smith, Administrative Assistant at All-In Cincinnati, has recently made significant contributions through two impactful speaking engagements, exemplifying our mission of uplifting Black women in Hamilton County through policy and systems change. 🌟 In honor of National Home Ownership Month, Rameka courageously recounted her journey from homelessness to stability on 'WCPO 9: A New Day - Cincinnati Homelessness Information' with Tiana Rollinson Henry, M.Ed. 🏠❤️ As the face of homelessness increasingly includes Black women with children, Rameka's story is both poignant and timely. Alongside LeTecia Cunningham of YWCA Greater Cincinnati, Rameka highlighted the urgent need for comprehensive housing solutions. At the 'Ohio Redistricting Forum' at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, moderated by Crystal Kendrick, CEO of The Voice of Black Cincinnati, Rameka discussed the implications of redistricting and gerrymandering. 🗳️ As a panelist with Cincinnati Council Member Meeka Owens and Rae Vuic of Citizens Not Politicians, Rameka advocated for fair representation that honors the voices of Black women in Hamilton County. Rameka's engagements vividly illustrate All-In Cincinnati's mission: to foster #racialequity and uplift Black women through transformative policy and systemic change across health, housing, education, economic mobility, and justice. Her vulnerability and advocacy inspire us all. 🎥 https://lnkd.in/ekcq62xX Join us in celebrating Rameka's remarkable achievements and supporting our continued efforts to drive meaningful change! 🙌🏾 - #racialequityinaction #housing #justice #representation #Blackwomen #leadership #community #policychange #systemschange #allincincinnati
