    This is interesting news: ALUM has partnered with Legends on a venture to create essentially high-end residential clubhouses in college sports towns across the US, potentially 25-30 buildings containing around 90 units and costing roughly $75m to $80m a piece. Legends will run the membership clubs and restaurants housed in these developments. Tuscaloosa is first up. More info here: https://lnkd.in/eRxzQHvC

After starting his career as a bellman at the Portland Marriott Downtown, David has spent over two decades in the hospitality industry. He spearheaded Asset Management for NBP Capital’s hospitality portfolio and played a pivotal role in the launch and operational development of Hoxton Hotels across North America.
