About us
Bedford County Public Schools offer educational services to more than 9,000 students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 12. The district includes three high schools, three middle schools, thirteen elementary schools, and Susie G. Gibson Science & Technology Center. In addition, programs for preschool, alternative middle and high school, gifted, students with disabilities, and adult learning are also available.

It was great to have all of our staff at Liberty Middle School last Monday for Professional Development. Big shout out to our HR Staff!! Dr. Wiese did a great job organizing. I had the privilege of hosting four sessions for our paraprofessionals. Two were how to move from para to teacher. If you are a para and want to find out to be a teacher, contact me.
