🔈 It’s time for our v4.3 changelog! As we just got back from our annual team retreat held in Slovenia, we’re now recharged and enthusiastic. Definitely ready to continue shipping new features and improvements! Let's delve into our usual updates and improvements from the past month. ➡️ Org-wide workflows If you manage an Organization, you can now create workflows that can be activated on all team event types and all team member event types within your organization. If a user is a member of multiple teams, the workflow will be triggered only once. 🥷 Set no-show webhook In addition to our recent “mark no-shows” feature for bookings, you can now set up a webhook to receive a notification whether or not an invitee attended a scheduled event. 🌴 Holiday Tip: Don’t forget to set your OOO! Going on a long-awaited summer getaway? If want to make sure you have everything under control while you’re away, set your out-of-office dates in Cal.com! This will ensure no bookings will pop up on your calendar when you’re by the pool. Also, if there’s anyone on your team who can take meetings instead of you, you can forward your bookings to them. 🔎 Hungry for more updates? 🔈It’s time for our v4.2 change log! We’re approaching summertime, but our engineering team is not slowing down. 🐢❌ Want to become a part of our engineering team? Good news - we’re hiring! Continue reading to find out more and learn about our key features shipped in the past month. ⬇️ 💼 We’re hiring! We are looking for highly skilled senior full-stack software engineers. If you are passionate about the startup world and open source, we would love to hear from you! You can find more details here. https://cal.com/jobs 🚷 Mark no-shows in your meetings Now, you can mark meeting guests as a “no-show” if they haven’t joined your meeting. This enables you to: - track sales efficiency - understand your customer quality - settle your payments - analyze efficiency (i.e. is the meeting format right) 📱New install flow to add apps directly to specific event types If you’re managing teams, your life has just become easier! We have revamped the app installation flow so that it’s much clearer what teams you are installing an app on, and in the same flow, you can apply the app to specific event types and configure it. 📆 Add rolling days to future booking limits as your calendar fills up We just added an option to “Always show X days of availability into the future”, so if you set your limit to 5 days into the future, people will always see 5 days of availability, even if a day or two get fully booked. 🔎 Hungry for more updates?
