Meet a team who knows how to work hard and have FUN! 🎉 Here’s how this IT group turned management training into a wilderness adventure. 🐻 To educate managers on the various steps in implementing an IT project, the team created “ranger stations” that represented each phase of the project lifestyle. As managers learned at each station, the ranger stamped their “hiking passport.” At the end of the session, each participant received a small appreciation gift. IT Portfolio Director Sheri Thompson said they created the adventure as a fun, interactive way to share knowledge and ignite team collaboration. “It’s powerful when we create moments that break the mold of everyday work and inspire creativity, pride, and connection,” Sheri said. Way to go, Sheri and team!
