Feed full of love. Reposting Airbyte customer love from our customer leader Danielle Sander. Working with Jean (John) Lafleur and the whole Airbyte team is a dream.
Today’s go-to-market innovators don’t just rely on a handful of superstar reps to help them hit their numbers. Instead, they build repeatable, scalable playbooks they can replicate across the entire GTM org. Don’t take it from me. Here’s Jean Lafleur, Cofounder and COO at Airbyte: “We’re turning Common Room into our go-to-market command center. We’re pulling in signals like product usage, job changes, news events, and more, identifying high-fit contacts, and automating action on them. With Common Room, every rep can be a top performer.” Identify, qualify, and action. Quickly, consistently, and automatically. All in one place. That’s how you generate pipe on autopilot. And that’s what GTM leaders like Airbyte do every day. Always amazed by what our customers do with our platform 🤩 And always proud of the role everyone at Common Room plays in making it happen 🙌

In a tech-savvy city that often skews toward engineering, it was truly special to gather 18 GTM leaders around the table in Seattle this week. Collectively on our minds: GTM isn’t changing. It has already changed. How do we set our teams up for success and lead our companies with go-to-market motions that drive efficiency? How do we replace a cadre of legacy tools that offer surface-level account data but lack cross-channel person-level insights? Which tools should we adopt to reduce our number of data silos? How do we make last-mile actions easy for our reps rather than impenetrable? Drinks and dinner at Spinasse in Capitol Hill were the backdrop to spirited discussions shared by CROs, CMOs, and GTM strategy leaders. Between them, the common thread came down to this: Substandard data, siloed data, and inactionable data is the status quo for too many go-to-market teams. And it’s not acceptable. We’ve heard it broadly on our customer calls and specifically on Wednesday at dinner: Today’s GTM leaders are no longer satisfied with the status quo. Not only are they ready to embrace modern tooling and platforms in their strategy to defeat it—they’re already making these purchase decisions today. Special thanks to Nalin Vahil, VP of Sales and Customer Success at Zapier, for sharing his revenue strategy and kicking off the evening’s conversations with us. And a big cheers to every leader around the table—Amit Prakash, Amy Trenary, Brian Goldfarb, David Carrel, Elizabeth George, Jillian Mochnick, Kevin Coleman, Ken Smith, Matt Hadreas, Patrick McNulty, Skye Scofield, Shane O'Neill, and Zachary Miller—you made the night one to remember. We had such a good time on Wednesday, we’ll do it again. If you’re a GTM leader in Seattle (or itching for a great evening with your peers in another city), let us know. 🥂
